Hello, my name is Tamara.  After suffering an injury in an auto accident, I was referred to massage therapy.  I began to experience the benefits of massage therapy and how powerful the body can be on healing itself. I am very passionate about massage and helping people restore their health and well being.

I graduated in 2013 from Minnesota School of Business with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Massage Therapy.  I enjoy taking continuing education courses and learning new techniques to help my clients.

Believing that the mind and body are connected, I offer a variety of massage techniques to help restore your body and mind.  Whether it be to relax, decrease stress or muscle tension, or if you are working with an injury, every session is customized for each individual.
